When your deck and/or privacy fence is built and sealed by Esser Builders II, both your material and labor are backed by a LIFETIME guarantee and warranty certificate issued upon completion.
Treated lumber needs to be properly sealed with a type of polyurethane or stain to ensure the quality and longevity of the product. We provide hassle free maintenance of our decks/fences as needed for years to follow to keep it looking like new!
